I've been communicating with volunteers for OSFA for a couple months to put together a presentation for this conference:

My paper was accepted and I've registered to present it at the conference. I want to educate myself a lot more about ways that agencies have researched and adopted open source. I need more examples of specific occasions where the US government has adopted (or has rejected) open source solutions.

My actual paper is uploaded to a Google Doc, which I shared with Nik Kalyani. I'm happy to share it with others.
