Communications and Public Relations Working Group
Welcome to the Open Source for America Communications Working Group.
This group serves as a liaison between Open Source for America and the public, including press, industry analysts and other external groups. The Communications Working Group helps ensure consistency in Open Source for America's messaging and supports the coalition's media outreach activities. Members of this working group engage in activities including drafting press releases, pitching Open Source for America news and activities to the media, coordinating social media activities, facilitating press interviews, developing collateral pieces and assisting with Open Source for America's presence at industry events, among other activities.
